Friendly Letters – Bring in Addresses!

We started talking about writing Friendly Letters this week. Next week, the students are going to write a friendly letter and send it off to someone they don’t live with. Each student needs the address of someone they can mail a letter to. The students also need to write down their own address, too, for the return address on the envelope. Please send this in on Monday. We will write and send these letters this week.

Beach Day on Friday

To celebrate the day before Spring Break, we are having “Beach Day” on Friday. The students can bring a beach towel, sunglasses or wear a hat like they would wear to the beach, if they would like. Friday afternoon at around 1:45, we will have the All-School Limbo contest in the gym. Everyone is welcome!

Class Dojo Report on Monday

I am not in the classroom today, so I won’t be there to print a Class Dojo report. I will send home a printed copy for the report on Monday. You can still view the ClassDojo report online.

Book Order Forms Due Tuesday

If you would like to order books, the book orders are due on Tue. April 1. Make checks payable to “Syracuse Elementary”. Or it’s very easy to order online:
Class activation code: GPP2T.  You can also click on the Scholastic books banner here at our website.

Upcoming Dates to Remember
